1. Registration Eligibility

Use of the kwin8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

2. Account Opening and Management

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.

8. Account Termination

• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• A member registers multiple accounts or provides false information during registration.
• A member is involved in abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).

If an account is terminated due to a violation, any balance associated with misused bonuses will be forfeited. Legitimate fund balances may be reclaimed through the designated channels, subject to kwin8's internal investigation.
